Question: How was the space camp in Austria

It was brilliant!

When I was studying for my masters Norah was one of my lecturers (small world :)) and she told me about it and helped me fill in my application.

Luckily I was accepted and enterprise Ireland agreed to fund my travel, accommodation and living expenses.

The space camp was held in Alpbach in Austria during the summer and I worked as part of a team of scientists and engineers to come up with a mission to the gas giants (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune).

My advise is to check on line and ask your teachers/ lecturers about any opportunities for space camps and summer schools because you never know whats out there 🙂
